Resilient Supply Chains During Disasters
The University of Tennessee has received a grant from the Department of Homeland Security to develop a training program that addresses Lifeline 1B on Food, Water, Sheltering – Logistics and Supply Chain (SC) Management. The program will address how to improve the resiliency of supply chain operations/ networks to create a supply chain that is capable of rapidly sourcing, tracking, transporting, staging, and distributing critical emergency supplies to survivors during a disaster. As part of the process, we are surveying stakeholders to collect additional information on the training needs related to this topic area, plans for course structure, and course topics. We appreciate your participation in this survey as the data will assist us in designing a program that more effectively addresses stakeholder needs. Your responses to this survey are confidential.
